"Robin was great at helping us set up Aetna insurance we had to be on the phone with them 30 then they hung up or we lost them Robin called them back and made sure we received the right policy and talked with them and us as while Aetna took 1hr 30 minutes to go thru things and Robin was great at asking all the right questions. "Carolyn and her crew have always been great! They have helped my parents and myself for years. I relocated to another state and had to go to a different representative for a while. Once I was aware that she was covering my state, I immediately switched back. The company I had before was not a bad service. It just knows not measured to the level quality I received from Carolyn‘s office. Even if rates can be higher compared to other companies, it’s well worth the extra little bit of $$ For the quality service"

"When filing my claim for hail damage that ultimately totaled my car that I bought 2.5 years ago, Carolyn Wright's group in Rushville helped me stay on track with the progress of my claim. Kristy in particular was very helpful in updating me, providing me with information that I could understand since insurance claims are so confusing to navigate, and contacting the corporate State Farm for me to keep my claim moving along and avoiding unnecessary steps in the claim process. This is the second time I've had to file a claim on this car in 2.5 years, and both times Carolyn and members of her office provided nothing but clarity in the muddiness insurance claims seem to be at times."
